route networks of eight of the world's major airlines and covers around
600 destinations in 135 countries. By offering you up to a massive
20 flights this fare opens up a huge new world of options for all
round the world travellers.

These can now add up to a substantial amount but
they vary depending on your final destination and routing. Allow for
a minimum of around £240 but we will advise you of the total amount

The oneworld Explorer makes it simple to plan
round-the-world trips and intercontinental "grand
tours." To keep things straightforward and flexible,
without complex rules or mileage restrictions, the world is
treated as six individually priced continental stepping stones.
The fare you pay is based on the number of oneworld
continents you visit or pass through (including your continent
of origin)
A minimum of 3 flight segments with a maximum of 20 are
permitted.
Flight segments within each continent are limited as
follows:-
2 in Europe (including the Middle East and Egypt, Sudan,
Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia
6 in North America (USA, Canada, Central America and the
Caribbean)
4 in South America
4 in Asia (including India, China and Japan
4 in Africa (including The Seychelles and Mauritius)
4 in South West Pacific (including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji,
Tahiti and Hawaii)
Flights between continents do not count as one of the flight
segments. These flights, however, must be included in the 20
segment maximum.
Extra flight segments may be purchased for additional travel
within a continent (except within the continent of origin) for
an extra £80 each segment - remembering the total number of
segments permitted must not exceed 20.
The participating airlines in the Oneworld Explorer are:-
British Airways, Qantas, American Airlines, Finnair, Cathay
Pacific, Aer Lingus, Iberia, Lan Chile.
